PEACEFUL PINES SENIOR LIVING

When Peaceful Pines Senior Living purchased the 42 acre tract of land at the north east corner of the intersection of SD Highway 85 and Colorado Boulevard the city knew something big was going to happen at Exit 17. The newest addition to the Elkhorn Ridge Development is a beautiful senior living facility master-planned and site designed by Wyss Associates. This multi-phase 20+ million dollar project consists of 40 twin home lots, along with the 124 unit senior living facility. All of the development has gorgeous mountain views within a floodplain meadow with views to Miller Creek in the rear, Elkhorn Peak to the east and the Black Hills to the south. Wyss Associates also worked with
the Peaceful Pines ownership on
similar facilities in Madison, SD, Ft. Pierre, SD, and Milbank, SD.
These projects included designing the campus landscape and irrigation, courtyard design and other amenities.
