Wyss Associates, Inc. worked for the City of Rock Springs, WY for the design of, and preparation of Construction Documents, Bid Documents and to provide Construction Administration for the construction of a 5.4 acre dog park. The construction site is located at the old waste water treatment facility. The dog park amenities include:

• Parking lot and drive
• Restrooms
• Walking trails
• Upgraded fencing & gates
• Signage
• Plantings
• Shade structure
  
• Dog wash
• Double gates
• Fire hydrant
  

The project opened in the Spring of 2009. In 2010 the City of Rock Springs renamed the park to Bitter Creek Bark Park after a city wide naming contest.
