Wyss Associates, Inc. worked closely with the client to develop the project scope and goals for the facilities aspect of this STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) school.The meetings and "brain-storming" sessions identified the appropriate facilities for a residential campus with:

• Student housing
• Classrooms
• Sports facility
• On-site faculty housing
  
• Retreat center.
  

Wyss Associates, Inc. developed a master plan and created marketing materials to raise awareness for the project.
