Wyss Associates, Inc. has directed the planning efforts for this historic 4500-acre working ranch. The master plan emphasizes diversification and historic preservation of this National Historic Landmark.

New development is clustered in the direct vicinity of the Exit 17 - Interstate Highway interchange. Clustering the development adjacent to the Interchange allowed for thousands of acres of the ranch to remain untouched.
