Memorial Park Promenade Destination Rapid City (DRC) announces its intent to complete a pedestrian-friendly promenade connecting our City Center and the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center. As envisioned with designers, Wyss Associates, Inc., the promenade features a grand boulevard walkway, majestic trees and extensive lighting for safety and beauty.
